Quality Control

We owe our success on multiple e-commerce platforms to the strict triple-step quality control system and the direct partnership with a pearl farm in Asia. All pearls are first inspected by the pearl farm’s QA team and are sorted by shape, luster, size and color. The pearls are then transported to Pearl Romance’s California warehouse for second round of inspection and sorting by seasoned Jewelers. The finished pearl jewelries go through the last round of quality check by Pearl Romance’s QA team before being handed over to our shipping staff.  This three-step quality control system ensures you receive a very well-matched pearl jewelry with exquisite craftsmanship.
